Paul Ngai, M.S.
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Co-founder and CEO, Paul leads Xogene’s strategic direction as well as provides direct oversight of the Disclosure and Outsourcing Services practice.
A veteran in the field of clinical trial registration and disclosure, Paul has been working in the life sciences area since 2006 and has over 25 years of experience in technology management.
Paul’s consulting career spanned technology and project management including clinical disclosure and management consulting within the pharmaceutical industry. He received both his bachelor and master’s degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Woo Song
Co-founder & Chief Product Officer
As a seasoned technology entrepreneur and business builder, Woo oversees products and platform services for Xogene.
Prior to Xogene, Woo co-founded Intrasphere, a technology and services provider to the biopharmaceutical industry, which was acquired by Deloitte Consulting. Woo also co-founded PharmaCM, a leading clinical disclosure platform, now acquired by TrialScope.
A former derivatives trader, Woo is also a founder of Reval, a global leader of SaaS platform for treasury and risk management with clients and employees in North America, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific.
